Weeks after Gray TV rolled out the new look for its newly-combined ABC-NBC operation in Sioux Falls, Nexstar CBS affiliate KELO-TV has debuted a new $1 million set.
The new set features a bent 21-monitor video wall and a separate nine-monitor display, as well as a monitor behind the main anchor desk. Parts of the set also feature Sioux Quartzite and iconic South Dakota imagery such as Mount Rushmore.
As part of the launch, KELOLAND.com posted an updated timeline of the station’s 67-year history and comparisons of the old and new set.
KELO is also the CBS affiliate for Rapid City through satellite KCLO/15.1.
